UCD2 workshop in practice

Last week SAP organized an SAP Forum on Enterprise Mobility. We were able to host a  UCD 2  workshop. With a group of 14 visitors, strangers to each other, we were able to execute the 3rd step in our  UCD 2  process: the Workshop.
