SAP Joule Desktop figured it all out by itself

A few months back I created a Joule skill to train Joule to be my weatherman. Now with Joule Desktop coming up, things are changing and making it more easy to go beyond your S/4HANA scope. By just 'talking' to Joule Desktop I now have:

  • Weather info
  • List of customers in Berlin
  • Details of one customer
  • Route to this customer
  • Clothing advice, taking the local weather into account
Here's how the user experience will completely change by using Business AI:

Premature babies have an higher risk on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome , that’s why we came up with a sensor that tracks heartbeat, temperature and breathing. This week the SAPPHIRENOW event takes place in Orlando, a yearly event where SAP announces its strategy and new products. On Tuesday Bill McDermott, the CEO from SAP, did some major announcements .
