Het VNSG congres 2016 is gestart op dinsdag 5 oktober. In het HANA Café Nederland werd een samenvatting van dag 1 opgenomen met Ronald Konijnenburg en Ron Nooren.

Customers are ‘mind read’ and when a customer calls the agent ‘knows’ what the customer is calling about.
